The 7-day Morocco itinerary begins at Casablanca’s Mohammed V International Airport or your accommodation. From there, we will head toward the Hassan II Mosque for a short visit, and then drive to Rabat, where we’ll explore famous landmarks like the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the Kasbah of the Udayas.

Next, we’ll make our way to Chefchaouen, the famous “Blue Pearl” of Morocco. You’ll fall in love with its blue-washed streets, charming alleyways, and mountain views.
Here, you’ll have plenty of time to wander through the lively local markets and pick up unique handmade treasures before settling into your Riad or hotel for the night.

After a Moroccan breakfast at your Riad, you will have a free morning to stroll in the narrow streets and alleys of the old Medina of Chefchaouen; take your time to enjoy the magic of this beautiful city.

Head to Plaza Uta el-Hammam, the main square of Chefchaouen, and treat yourself to the flavors of delicious Moroccan cuisine.
After lunch, we will drive to Fes via Volubilis, the well-preserved Roman ruins dating to 225 BC. Therefore, you will have a guided tour (optional) of the site and learn about the Roman Empire.

After that, we continue to Meknes, the Ismaili capital of Morocco, where we will see the famous gate (Bab El-Mansour) built by Sultan Moulay Ismail, then to the granary and Sahrij Souani used for irrigation and plantation, and the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum.
After a day of exploring Volubilis and Meknes, we will head to Fes, where you will spend the night in a beautiful Riad inside the Medina.

After enjoying a delicious Moroccan breakfast at your accommodation, meet your professional local guide to explore the magic of Fes. Your exploration starts with a visit to the grand Royal Palace gates and a walk through the Mellah (Jewish Quarter).

As you head deeper into the Medina, you’ll visit iconic historical landmarks like the ancient Madrassa Bouanania and the world’s oldest university, Al Qaraouiyine.
Next, watch local artisans at work as you visit the famous tanneries and the Najjarine Fountain. After a relaxed lunch in the Medina, take a drive up to a hilltop lookout for an unforgettable panoramic view over all of Fes before heading back to your Riad for the afternoon.

On the fourth day of our Morocco itinerary 7 days, we leave Fes for Merzouga Desert via the Middle Atlas Mountains and the cedar forests of Azrou. Our first stop is Ifrane, often called the “Switzerland of Morocco”. It is a unique town where you can relax and explore its clean, alpine atmosphere.

Next, we’ll visit the ancient cedar forest, home to the friendly Barbary macaques. Here, you’ll have the chance to snap photos and interact with them before we continue our scenic drive through the mountains to Midelt.

After enjoying lunch in Midelt, we’ll head down into the spectacular Ziz Valley, stopping along the way to take in incredible viewpoints along the palm-lined canyon.
In the late afternoon, we arrive at the golden dunes of Merzouga in the Sahara Desert, where you’ll check into your Riad to relax, enjoy a traditional dinner, and spend a peaceful evening.

After breakfast at the Riad, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the Merzouga area. We’ll drop by to visit a welcoming nomadic family at their traditional desert tent, where you’ll learn about their ancient way of life, listen to their stories, and share mint tea with them.

Next, we’ll head over to the lovely village of Khamlia, famous for its soulful Gnaoua music and dance, so feel free to jump in and dance along! After that, we’ll visit M’Fis village, known for its old Galena mines (the mineral traditionally used to make Kohl mascara).

After that, we’ll enjoy a tasty Berber pizza feast in Khamlia village before heading back to your Riad to relax a little bit and be ready for a camel trekking experience.

You will begin your authentic camel caravan across the dunes of Erg Chebbi. As you trek through the desert, you will stop to watch an amazing Sunset from a high dune and do sandboarding (optional). Then, you will continue to our desert luxury camp in the heart of the desert.

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a fresh mint tea and shown to your private tent to relax and enjoy the peace. After a Moroccan dinner, you will gather around a bonfire under the starry sky while your camp staff plays drums and sings local Berber music. You will also join them and learn how to play drums.

Wake up early to catch a stunning sunrise over the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi. After enjoying breakfast at the camp, head back to Merzouga village by camel or 4×4. Your driver will meet you there to begin the drive to Dades Gorge.

Then, we will leave Merzouga to discover the ancient capital of Tafilalet, Rissani. After a stroll in the largest traditional market, we continue to Erfoud, where we visit one of the workshops on fossilized marble (Optional).

Then we drive to Tinghir and the Todra Gorges via Tinjdad, where we can enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant upon reaching Todra Gorge. Take your time to wander in the gorges and appreciate the beauty of the landscapes.

Continue our journey towards the Dades Valley through Boumalen Dades, with inevitable stops at the rock formations resembling Monkey Fingers and for the view of the Dades River. Finally, dinner and overnight in a lovely Riad.

On the final day of your tour, travel from Dades Valley toward Ouarzazate and Marrakech, passing through the Rose Valley (Kelaat M’Gouna) and along the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs, with a scenic drive through the Skoura Palm Grove.

Upon reaching Ouarzazate, the “Hollywood of Africa,” take an optional tour of Kasbah Taourirt and Atlas Film Studios before driving to Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah. Wander through its ancient, UNESCO-listed Kasbah—a famous filming location for blockbuster movies like Gladiator, Kingdom of Heaven, and Game of Thrones.

Following lunch near the village, we will drive through the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi-n-Tichka Pass and small Berber villages. You will arrive in Marrakech in the evening, where your driver will drop you off at your accommodation/ airport, wrapping up your incredible Morocco itinerary 7 days.
