Our friendly driver will pick you up at your hotel/riad to start the 5 days tour from Fes to Marrakech, then drive through the Middle Atlas Mountains as you visit the incredible town of Ifrane, also known as ‘Little Switzerland’.
Then continue to the large cedar forest in Azrou for a walk in the green woods and to see the playful little monkeys.

After that, we will drive through the Tizi N’Talghamt Pass to Midelt, continuing along the magnificent Ziz Valley and the surrounding Middle Atlas Mountains. We’ll then head towards Rich, stopping for lunch along the way.

After lunch, we continue to Erfoud, famous for its date festival and fossils. As soon as we get to Merzouga, we will ride our camels in the middle of Erg Chebbi. There, we will catch an amazing sunset from a high dune, do sandboarding, and head to the luxury desert camp.
Enjoy dinner and Berber music (drums) while dancing around the campfire under a starry sky.

Start your morning early to catch a wonderful Sahara sunrise over the golden dunes near your camp. After a satisfying breakfast, set off on an exciting 4×4 desert safari around Merzouga.

Your adventure begins in the Hassi Labied Oasis, where you’ll stroll through lush palm groves and learn about the ancient and traditional underground irrigation system that makes desert life possible. Next, head to Khamlia Village, home to the descendants of Sub-Saharan communities. Here, sit back with a warm glass of mint tea while enjoying a live performance of soulful Gnawa music.

Later, head to M’fis, a deserted French colonial mining site that offers sweeping views across the Erg Chebbi dunes. Continue across the open desert to visit an authentic Berber nomadic family in their traditional tent, where you’ll experience warm hospitality and gain rare insights into their nomadic lifestyle over tea.

In the late afternoon, return to your hotel or riad in Merzouga, rest up for the evening, and enjoy a delicious dinner.

After enjoying breakfast, you will leave the desert behind and head toward Rissani. Here, if it’s market day (Thursday, Tuesday, or Sunday), you will stroll and explore the lively local market, famous for its rich history, local spices, and authentic desert culture.

Continuing your journey to Todra Gorges, where dramatic vertical limestone cliffs tower 300 meters above a rushing river, a perfect spot for a relaxed walk and lunch.

In the afternoon, we will drive toward Boumalne Dades. Before arriving at the hotel, we will have the chance to stop at the famous Monkey Fingers rock formations to take pictures and enjoy the view.
Finally, we will head to a traditional riad in the heart of the Dades Valley for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.

After breakfast, you can start your day with an optional short trek through the lush fields and traditional villages of the Dades Valley. Next, drive toward Kelaat M’Gouna (the Valley of Roses), famous for its fragrant rose fields and local cooperatives producing natural rosewater and cosmetics.

After that, driving through the “Road of a Thousand Kasbahs,” you will reach the lush Skoura Palm Grove, then visit the historic Kasbah Amridil. Dating back to the 17th century, this beautifully preserved mud-brick fortress offers a fascinating look into ancient Berber oasis life, complete with traditional olive oil presses, ancient tools, and stunning views over the palm trees from its tall towers.

In the afternoon, you will drive to Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Africa,” where you will arrive at your hotel or riad for a relaxing evening and dinner.

On the last day of our 5-day desert tour from Fes to Marrakech, we will leave Ouarzazate towards Marrakech. Here we can visit the Film Studios or take some photos from outside.

Afterward, we continue to visit the stunning Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, the largest Kasbah in Morocco, where some famous movies were filmed, such as Game of Thrones, “Lawrence of Arabia”, “Gladiator”, and “The Mummy”.

Our day continues through the majestic Tizi n’Tichka pass over the High Atlas Mountains. We will have different stops along the way. In the afternoon, we will reach Marrakech and drop you off at your destination, and our 5 days tour from Fes to Marrakech will come to an end.
